This album is a purging of remixes, b-sides, collaborations and demos from the Xiescive camp. Some of the songs were intended for other releases that the stars just didn't align for, some were intended for other projects even and some I just didn't feel like going any further on, meh, what can I say? This release is somewhat tongue in cheek and definitely "come as your are" so take it for what it's worth... what, are you gonna ask for a refund?! lulz.
The cover art is something I did based off a design by an awesome & truly patriotic company called American Crisis Clothing. We were in talks last year about incorporating his art on Nexus; some of his art can be seen in the inlay of nexus, but not featured as prominently as it is here. Super chill people and a damn fine company worth supporting! Check them out here: americancrisisclothing.com/index.php
Special thanks to Mr. J. Cameron for the massive contribution to this release and the depth of his insight in keeping at least one of my boots on the ground most of time :)

Day The Grid Went Dark
*A bastardized demo with a touch of turrets and a dash of swang.
*This was written during the Nexus sessions, just didn't quite fit into the other tracks to make the cut.
[Fuck Harder mix by Joe Haze & IMPXVIII]
*This was a great rmx submitted during the Xiescive rmx contest that was running in Aug/Sept 2011.
Black Eyes [feat. Lexincrypt]
*This one was intended for Nexus, but didn't quite fit in with the feeling of the other tracks when it came down to it. I did all the music and asked Justin to do vox as a collab and ended up with both of us changing up vocal parts, turned out pretty cool.
*This one is probably the oldest song of the bunch. This was initially written during the conception period of the project.
*This was a mashup of two different ideas Justin & I came to the table with that ended up blending very well. We intended this to be the intro to the Symbiont, but here it is in all it's unfinished glory.
Crucible Effect [Lexincrypt rmx]
*This one has always been a favorite of mine that has a hauntingly somber emotion all it's own compared to the original.
[Die Sektor rmx]
*I wanted this one to be on Nexus for sure and it was always the plan, but obviously that didn't work out for reasons out of my control, sorry guys! I'm happy to be able to get it out now and hope you all dig the funk!
, The Targets
*Good 'ol instrumental pounder demo, similar to 'Bloodwork' from Nexus.
10.Ætherist [Symbiont demo]
*Another demo from the Symbiont reboot sessions that got lost along the way.
To Die [K.J
. Cazier rmx]
*A heavy, heart pounding version of the club anthem "Time to Die" by the mastermind behind Little Sap Dungeon & PCP.
*A glitchy/bouncy demo with a little tip 'o the hat to Herr Myer @ The Noise Institute
*Very early demo from the beginnings of the project with experimental vox fx that didn't quite end up being the 'sound' I was shooting for in general, but interesting anyhow.
Culpa [Symbiont demo]
*This was one Justin & I worked on during the Symbiont reboot sessions that never quite came to fruition.
*Calm down, don't get a big dick about it again peeps! I wrote this as a total joke in a few hours the day the whole "here's the rules if you wanna hang with Faderhead" thing was posted. It was lame, but so is this song ;)
[Godfather Theme cover]
*I've always wanted to cover this song and never got around to it until a couple years ago. Kind of just for fun cause it's kinda cheesy but comfortingly familiar.
17.???, such a dick tease. maybe later if you're good...
